The Aycock Brown Welcome Center is handicap accessible & offers covered picnic areas and restrooms. In addition, the Aycock Brown Welcome Center has made an especially designated area for dogs. Your canine family members are welcome on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. A particular post with free poop bags and the trash can is also prominently located in the doggie area. Your dog must be on a leash at all times on the grounds of the Welcome Center. Dogs are not allowed inside buildings.
