Wednesday is the the 16th of September 2009. This date marks the seasonal lifting of the animals prohibited on the beaches in the township of Southern Shores, NC during the annual summer tourism season.
The town of Southern Shores Beach Leash Laws are as follows:
Leash law requires leash not to exceed ten (10) feet in length. From May 15 to September 15 of each year, animals are prohibited on town beaches. Leash laws enforced remainder of year.
