Outer Banks lifeguards and Ocean Rescue are in constant contact with NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) and will adjust flags as officially advised for public safety.
Please stay out of the water when you see red "No Swimming" flags.
Red Flags mean High Rip Current Conditions at area Beaches!
