Hayman Park is a lovely pet-friendly family park shaped in a circular shape with the outer circle partially lined by live oak with a plush expansive lawn in the center. A split rail fence encircles Hayman Park that has ample parking and entrances around the circle.

The west end of the park has playground equipment, swings, slides, picnic tables, benches and the largest grouping of live oaks that are often climbed.
Park benches are also located around the outer circle shaded by the live oaks.
Hayman Park also has free poop bags for dogs prominently located on the south side of the park's walkway. Dogs must be on a leash in the Town of Kill Devil Hills and you must clean up after your pet.
