The Outer Banks SPCA currently has Cats and Kittens up for adoption. The adoption fee for both Cats and Kittens is $50.00

Happy Cat Month is the purrfect time to adopt a Cat or Kitten if you have been planning on adding a new feline companion to your family.

The Outer Banks SPCA  (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) is a non profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. The Outer Banks SPCA staffs and manages the Dare County Animal Shelter. The Outer Banks SPCA was founded in 1988.

The Dare County Animal shelter has been serving the Outer Banks community since 1978. Many people remember to old location of the Dare County Animal Shelter location of 1031 Driftwood Drive, Manteo, NC 27954.

The New Location is across the street from the North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island.
You will also see the and pass the New Roanoke Island Dog Park, that is located in front of the New Dare County Animal Shelter. (between the road frontage of Airport Road  and in front of the animal shelter)
