"The Andy Griffith Show" - Barney Fife, Realtor : still relevant today

Due to Covid19, the housing market throughout the United States, as well as the Outer Banks, has been what some would consider a housing crisis. This affects us all.

Realtors have been busier than they have in many years. Houses are selling within days.

My thoughts went to "The Andy Griffith Show."

The Andy Griffith Show based in North Carolina has wonderful lessons to learn in each episode. Andy Griffith, in addition to staring in the Andy Griffith Show, was a resident of historic Roanoke Island, part of the Outer Banks.

On January 4th, 1965 the 16th episode of season 5 of  "The Andy Griffith Show" aired on tv. The episode title was "Barney Fife, Realtor." During this episode, the decisions and emotions that people go through in selling and buying homes are on full display. The episode also highlights issues of due diligence and how each home has its own issues and is as individual as you.

If you have not seen the "Barney Fife, Realtor" episode, it's never too late and well worth your time. You can watch this episode through Google Play Movies and TV subscription, Amazon Prime Video subscription, Apple TV, YouTube, and many more.

This episode will be on TV Land at 5:10pm  eastern time on August 3rd, 2021. That is only a couple of days away, so mark your calendars.

A Special Thank You! is going out to all of the Wonderful Licensed Realtors in the USA. Thank you for your knowledgeable advice and understanding in these difficult times. An Extra Special Thank You to the Pet-Friendly Realtors, that know exactly what Families with Pampered Pets are looking for.
