This year Vol. 7 of the Pampered Pets Guide was distributed through out the Outer Banks Area and marks the 7th year of the Annual Outer Banks Pet Photo Contest.
This is a Free Pet Photo Contest open to all pets with photos taken on the Outer Banks of NC.
There will be a 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winner. The contest runs from April - April of each year
