Embarq Communications Again Makes Business Platinum Donation to the Currituck Animal Shelter

Embarq Communications once again recently recognized the outstanding work that is being done by the Animal Lovers Assistance League, Inc., in the operation of the Currituck Animal Shelter.

Embarq's Eddie Lynch, Regional Manager, for the fourth consecutive year presented a Business Platinum donation of $500.00 to further the efforts at the Shelter to help animals. A portion of the donation will be used to purchase an additional large outside pen for the dogs, and the other portion will be placed into the New Animal Adoption Center Building Fund.

"The generous corporate leadership and support that Embarq provides enhances the community that they serve", according to Animal Lovers Assistance League president Ginger Sikes. "We are most grateful for their continuing help and support," she says.
