Neelix is the 1st Place winner of the Vol. 5 Outer Banks SPCA Awareness Pet Photo Contest that is the cover dog for the Vol. 6 issue of the Pampered Pets Guide.
Neelix was photographed by Nicole J. Moser in Avon, NC, when he was just 4 months old on his very first trip to the Pet Friendly, Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Being the 1st Place winner Neelix & his family received a 16 x 20 beautifully hand painted watercolor (matted to size) Custom Pet Portrait by Outer Banks Artist Lee M. Mansfield of the Hemingway Gallery in Seagate North Shopping Center in Kill Devil Hills, NC.
Neelix's portrait does not match his winning cover photo, as all winners are allowed to submit a photo of choice, for Artist Lee M. Mansfield to use in creating their custom portrait.
