Sunday, March 15th 2009 was a cold and rainy day. But that did not stop the 20th Annual Kelly's St. Patrick's Day Parade or the Coastal Humane Society's 12th Annual Walk-A-Thon.
The largest St. Patrick's Day Parade in the state of North Carolina went on as scheduled & was a Great Success.
The Pampered Pets Guide was there to cheer and photograph the dedication of the Coastal Humane Society's wonderful volunteers and supporters.
