Dare County "Nags Head" Pet Celebrity

"Boone" is our only Nags Head Pet Celebrity. He is the resident greeter of the Fin N Feather Waterside Inn in Nags Head, NC.

Boone loves working in the office each day and patiently waits & relaxes on his custom cherry wood doggie bed (his grandpa made just for him) behind the office desk, until new friends arrive to greet.

You might say that the Fin N Feather Waterside Inn is Boone's Place. Boone thinks it's an Outer Banks doggie resort as all of the rooms at Boone's Place are Pet Friendly. Boone gets to meet new friends every day, people & pets & just loves his job.

Meet 2008's Outer Banks SPCA President Dave Penosky

Dave Penosky, his wife Lisa, son Josh & Pets have been residents of the Outer Banks of NC for ten years.

Dave and his family have been animal lovers & advocates for many years, to the point of adopting special needs pets, to save lives.

It comes as no surprise that Dave would be active in the Outer Banks SPCA. Dave takes his new position as the Outer Banks SPCA President serious and plans to make a difference.

The homeless animals of Dare County cannot speak for them self, so Dave is here to do it for them.
