Dave Penosky, his wife Lisa, son Josh & Pets have been residents of the Outer Banks of NC for ten years.
Dave and his family have been animal lovers & advocates for many years, to the point of adopting special needs pets, to save lives.
It comes as no surprise that Dave would be active in the Outer Banks SPCA.
Dave takes his new position as the Outer Banks SPCA President serious and plans to make a difference.
The homeless animals of Dare County cannot speak for them self, so Dave is here to do it for them.
